On May 25, 2020 George Floyd was murdered in the custody of the Minneapolis Police. The act was captured on camera. The entire country went into a state of unrest. The weekend after Floyd’s death were full of protests in every major city in the US (and even some abroad).
Looting and rioting also took place nationwide in this time. I documented just a glimpse of how things played out here in Chicago. Peach and blessings to the victims of senseless violence, whether from the hands of trained professionals or civilians.
